Patience is something I have grown to appreciate. Why don't I begin a dialogue and you can join in whenever you feel you can respond...

I have been in realty long enough to know that clients are more often late to their appointment than not. This always gives me the opportunity to walk the house and make sure the attractive details are in place and the rooms are clean and free of unwanted clutter and odors. A slow walk through the house assures me that the client...a woman with a very pleasant voice...will not be offended. I am looking out the sliding glass doors of the living room when I hear the doorbell. I pull my tie straight (damned necessary accessory) and stroll slowly to answer the door. It never pays to appear too anxious.
I open the door to find a very attractive blonde woman. She is dressed professionally in a woman's ivory suit jacket and pleated skirt. I smile a welcome, keeping eye contact (those EYES!) and introducing myself. She gives me her name and apologizes for being late for the appointment. I try to put her at ease, explaining that there is no need to worry as this is my last showing of the day, and I invite her to come in. I propose we begin the tour of the house and grounds in the kitchen. It is my experience that a house is sold or not on first impressions and the kitchen is filled with sunlight and the latest appliances as well as...oh, never mind, after all I am not trying to sell YOU the house. I prefer to not oversell so I point out details only when the buyer asks. The client (for privacy concerns I shall call her "T" from this point on) walks around the central island, opening cabinets and brushing her hand along the granite countertops. Being a heterosexual adult male I watch her as she moves, looking for quick smiles or frowns as she explores. As she passes by me a catch her perfume and breathe deeper, My eyes slide down her back to her skirt and stockinged legs below. As I return my gaze above her shoulders I find her eyes have caught my voyeuristic glance. She holds my eyes a second longer and a quick smirk blinks across her lips before she turns her head back to her kitchen inspection. I'm a bit embarrased by my slight loss of composure but you really cannot blame me. She has the face and body of a film star or model. I had noticed her wedding ring when she introduced herself so I gave a silent "Attaboy!" to her absent husband and turned my attentions back to the features of the house.

I followed her into the living room which was carpeted in a deep blue shag, not really my taste but what came next made me a fan. "T" turned around to face me and with a, "I hope this is alright with you", steadied herself with a hand on my shoulder while her other hand reached down to remove her expensive heels. "It's been a long, hot day and I just need to treat my feet to something soft", she smiled. She began to walk about the room, assessing the possibilites for remodelling. Sher had left her heels at my feet and I was wondering whether I should pick them up and carry them behind her. I felt giddy. This showing was going to be very interesting. The dining room was next on our tour. "T" seemed delighted with the modern chandelier over the central table. She reached up to touch it, her skirt rising up in back as she did so. Dare I look and chance getting caught again? What would she think of me if she caught me? Is the glimpse of the back of two stockinged thighs worth losing a sale? Yes...when it is these two thighs. She came back to earth and I did as well. She took that moment to bend down to inspect the legs of the fashionable table. As she was facing in my direction I was treated to a long peek at her bra and the dark crevasse between her breasts. Her peach blouse was open to one button too many for modesty. I was not complaining. "As you should know from the brochure,' I managed to say, 'the furniture does not come with the property," She stood erect again and smiled and told me that she was, "just admiring the handiwork". If she only knew what handiwork I had been admiring...

"Can I see the yard and pool, please?" I showed her the way toward the sliding doors. "You may want your shoes", I offered. "No', she replied, "I would only be taking them off again". "It's a terracotta lanai and pool deck', I said, 'You don't want to ruin your hose." "Hose are meant to be ruined", she said mystically and walked through the now open door. "T" glanced around at the spacious lawn and flower gardens. Her inspection paused when she spotted the hot tub hidden among flowering shrubs. She walked over to the tub and brushed her hand through the warm water. "This would be just the thing to take the edge off my day when I get home." I told her the tub was new and had just been filled. I didn't think anyone had used it yet. "That must be why the water is so clear. It sure is inviting. I wish I had thought to bring my swim suit. I kept my mouth shut but doubted that swimsuits were the usual garb worn in hot tubs. "Do you think the owners would mind if i gave it a try?" , she said without turning toward me. Before I could offer my opinion she had begun to remove her suit jacket. She was careful with the jacket, laying it across a nearby rail. She still hadn't turned towar4d me but I could see she was unbuttoning her peach blouse... [So, "Tgirlie", this has been a beginning. You can see I do not rush in my narrative. Neither do I rush in my lovemaking. Pleaser add to the story if you wish or encourage me to go on. It could be fun going further...when you have the time.]
